We care for one another
we stand together
we build a better system
not a democracy, but off wisdom
where mental health is a human right
for the people
by the people
to commit to sustainability
when we make unity
it's not just a fist, but
the foundation of justice
do exist with meditation
we do not just change lives
we change the ecosystem
so, no one is deprived as
we change the world.
- Siearra Ruiz
Our Journey
We focus on what matters. The meditation, mental health research and advocacy work on addressing human rights issues in the United States of America.
Siearra Mathis Ruiz launched the GlowF1rst Podcast in 2020 to assist others heal during the epidemic by providing information for human rights with ambient meditations to improve the mental state and self-care.
Today, the business has grown as she extended the mental health partnerships and human rights services in the organizations throughout communities that she started and now named, One Hour Meditations.
Now, life isn’t always easy. We face challenges, setbacks, moments of doubt. Meditation teaches us that strength isn’t about avoiding situation; it’s about facing it with clarity, with courage, with purpose.
When we meditate to solve our circumstances, when we embrace resilience, we don’t just survive, we use the four pillars of life to better our time and decision making.
Mental health is an important human right. Because no one should feel alone in their pain. Because healing should be accessible to all, no matter where you come from, no matter what you’ve been through. One Hour Meditations™ stands for equality, for dignity, for the belief that every person deserves peace.

Our Compassion
Let me tell you that the real change starts with more compassion than you could think. It’s about seeing the dark struggles of people, understanding their triggers and pain. Life is hard and saying, ‘I’m okay. I'm fine. I'm here for you." It is not enough anymore. Meditation is not some mumbo jumbo about finding peace within yourself; it’s about creating a safe space for healing, organizing, and lifting each other up.
One Hour Meditations works for you to create a nationwide network of human rights and mental health organizations aiming to make meditation enjoyable and accessible to all humans.

We are all dedicated to advancing our goals of more resources.
Since 2020, we have contributed a movement for human equality, mental health and inclusion. We explore how mindfulness practices can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression to balance a healthy lifestyle. Finally, everything boils down to values and human decency, no matter the religious morals or money. We want this world to be formed by One Hour Meditations principles such as passion, persistence and purpose.
